Aplication

POLYETHYLENE INSULATED AND SHEATHED TELEPHONE SUBSCRIBER CABLES aree applied in local network lines for subscriber and junction circuits. They can be laid into cable duct and into ground , set to walls and over bridges.
Jointing of individual factory lengths can be made by means of thermo -shrinkable joint boxes Raychem type.
TK 39-P cable has reinforced construction of a laminated sheath what makes it to e applicable in the most agressive eart conditions.
Permissible temperature ranges:
At laying from 0 up to n+ 40° C
Before and after laying - 30 up to + 50° C.
The greatest effective voltage is 150 V a.c. and 210 Vd.c.
The use of this cable in power purposes is not permitted.

Make -up
Copper conductor 0.4; 0.6; 0.8 mm dia.
Solid PE insulation
4 insulated conductors twisted to star quad.
Cable core of concentric quad layers and group layers on request
Belt insulation of min. a thermoplastic tape
Inner PE sheath
Aluminium tape screen 0.7mm thickness laid longitudinally or a wrapping of two aluminuum tapes, 3 mm thickness.
An aluminium tape covered with either sides by copolymer tightly bound to outer PE sheath is used for TK 39-P.
Black oyter PE sheath.
