HEAVY-DUTY MINE POWER CABLE
TYPE: EpN 64 and EpN 65, 3,6/6 kV
CONSTRUCTION
Three flexible stranded annealed coaied copper conductors, covered with semiconducting
layer, ethylene-propylene rubber insulated, with textile tape (EpN 64) or semiconducting
layer (EpN 65) over insulation. Over cabled cores there are inner sheath of a rubber (EpN
64) or semiconducting rubber (EpN 65), concentric copper, grounding conductor, separation
sheath, semiconducting tape, concentric ground check conductor, rubber and textile tape,
overall neoprene sheath in red colour.
Cable production and testing acc. to JUS N. C5.364.
APPLICATION
Suitable for use as high-voltage power distribution cable in underground mines with metan
for connection of portable transformers and other applications.
PRODUCT FEATURES
A heavy-duty flexible cable with excellent heat, weather, aging, ozone insulation
resistant, mechanical strength, with SVEPRENE sheath resistant to impact pressure,
abrasion, flame, oil, acids and alkalies. Suitable construction gives cable a long service
life.
