APPLICATIONS
To provide separable waterproof connections between non-screened primary supply cable
and Isolating Transformer. To make waterproof separable splice in non-screened primary
supply cable.
Identical with those fitted to the Isolating Transformer.
SPECIFICATIONS
Conforms to FAA L 823 Style 2 (plug) and Style 9 (receptacle).
DESCRIPTION
The primary plugs and receptacles can be factory moulded on cable length accurately
cut to customer's order.
These pre-fabricated cable assemblies substantially reduce installation time. Quality and
reliability are generally superior to that obtained with "in-field" joints. This
results from severe quality control on each completed assembly before shipment. Factory
molding not possible on PE, XLPE and PVC insulation and/or sheathed cables. In such cases,
a connector kits rubber-type connectors are used.
